Supports a normal cycle.

Hormones work best when they are in balance. Unfortunately, they can get unbalanced for many reasons. An imbalance can lead to irregular cycles, pre-menstrual discomfort and painful periods. PMT Ease Tea is traditional plant medicine for women to support hormonal balance and a regular cycle. A wonderful option for teenage girls who suffer from period discomfort. Or women coming off the pill, to support rebalance before conception.

Take PMT Ease Tea to support an easy, regular cycle.

INGREDIENTS

Certified organic and wild harvested plant ingredients:

Calendula (Calendula officinalis) has an affinity with the female reproductive system, supporting normal menstruation and comfort.
Chaste Tree (Vitex agnus castus) stimulates and balances the function of the pituitary gland, which plays a crucial role in regulating vital body functions. Its progesterone-like action supports hormonal balance for PMT and normal menstruation.
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) is used to calm the stomach. It is a carminative, an agent that helps break up intestinal gas, relieve tension and digestive upsets.
Lady’s Mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) supports regular cycles, especially when taken together with Yarrow. It is a beneficial and nourishing plant for women of all ages.
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) supports regular periods and relaxes muscular tension. Used traditionally to help alleviate irritability and low mood associated with PMT as well as support for fluid balance.
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) contains sterols, which support hormonal balance and a regular menstrual cycle. It supports normal periods as well as supporting the healthy functioning of the uterus.

Plant medicine has powerful compounds that are easily utilised by the body. It supports and enhances your body's physiological functions for better health.

Enabling your health and wellbeing is what drives us.  Artemis have created a range of products so you too can benefit from the wisdom of plant medicine.

The founding of Artemis®
Upon moving to New Zealand from Switzerland, Sandra Clair was overwhelmed with awe and love for Otago's natural landscape, lifestyle and people.

It was in Dunedin that Sandra planted roots with her husband, Dieter, and opened her clinic in 1995. The traditional plant medicine she could usually prescribe was now out of reach. Using the knowledge passed down from her mentor Sister Pauline, she created her own therapeutic remedies. Word spread fast about "Sandra Clair's Remedies" - their effectiveness unmatched. As demand grew, so did Sandra's determination to give the power of plant medicine to all. Driven by her duty to a 500 year old lineage, Artemis was born.
