All our goods are packaged with love and care. We want to you to experience the beauty of shopping online in an elegant and chic way.
We can add gift wrapping and a gift tag on request, just let us know in the notes when you place your order.
All freight is charged at estimated cost and quoted in NZ dollars.
Freight costs are determined by our courier providers and NZ Post according to weight, and will be automatically calculated for you at check-out. If the incorrect freight option is selected, we will contact you by email to arrange payment of any difference.
All NZ deliveries must include a physical street address. We do not deliver to Post Office boxes. Please also include your business name for corporate deliveries.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-4 business days, this is an estimated time only and may take up to 30 days to dispatch your order from date of receiving order. We may provide an estimate as to delivery time, but that will be an estimate only.
Delivery to rural areas and remote countries, or where your item is dutiable or held in Customs, may take longer. Some items are subject to product availability and we will always advise if an item has sold out and you can expect a delay. In December prior to Christmas the delivery times can experience delays.

We will charge a shipping charge for delivering you order, but that charge does not include any applicable import charges, duties, levies or taxes that may apply if you are ordering from outside New Zealand. Any additional taxes or customs duties incurred on arrival in the recipient’s country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.
